I’m always trying out new recipes. I tell my family to give me their honest opinion. They were very vocal on this one.

If you have vegetarian friends, you can omit the chicken broth in the Quinoa. Don’t be afraid of this grain or whatever it is, this Quinoa. Just go the store buy a little package and try it. It’s easier to cook than rice.

These things are amazing. I’m telling you, it’s one of those recipes. It not too hot either, you sissies out there. For you that need flavor, its got it. If you like texture, oh man.
