For two weeks, two weeks, my laptop has been broken! and I am the one who bought that ‘next day’ warranty package, for a LOT of money.

No email lists, no contacts, no pics, music or writing… %*(&)%(#*&oegfa”Fj

Given that I was on the phone with Dell Tech for 2 hours on Friday, we will see… they are aware I am angry

If it gets here tomorrow, I will be wishing you Happy Monday.. if not, well, don’t call me, I will be on hold with Dell until Hell freezes over..
